Open from May 30, 2020: The Backstüble restaurant

In the Duchy of Coburg, it used to be a good tradition that dining rooms were often operated together with a bakery. When Johann Rädlein planned the property at Lossaustrasse 12 in 1905, he saw a bakery on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find out why he changed his plans – 80 years later, his business idea was born again.

Neat and sophisticated ambience for forty guests.

We look forward to our reopening. The mighty oven with the open grill in our “Backstüble” restaurant has become the cozy center of the whole house. Forty guests can be pampered in a neat and sophisticated ambience.
