In the Duchy of Coburg, it used to be a fine tradition that inns were often run together with a bakery. When Johann Rädlein planned the property at Lossaustraße 12 in 1905, he envisaged a bakery on the first floor. Unfortunately, we could not find out why he changed his plans - 80 years later his business idea was reborn.
The mighty oven with the open grill in our restaurant "Backstüble" has become the cozy center of the whole house. 40 guests can be pampered in a cultivated and sophisticated ambience.
